Casa Do Amor (House of Love)
With your support and donations, Be The Love will be able to care for orphaned, abandoned, and disadvantaged children and families within the state capitol of João Pessoa of Paraíba, Brazil. João Pessoa is a densely populated community of over 800,000 people—with many living in less-than-ideal living situations.
Be The Love is currently raising funds to build Casa Do Amor (House of Love), an orphanage and community care center, to help provide daycare for working parents and single parents so they can make a living while their children remain in a safe place off the streets.
As caregivers, Be The Love will have the most direct impact on these children—giving them love, comfort, and guidance—which is essential to the overall health and well-being of each child. The children that live, stay, or are in temporary care at Casa Do Amor will attend the local school with other children from the community in João Pessoa so that they are united together—giving them the same opportunities of growth and success.
Our efforts also provide support to adult parents in equipping and strengthening them in their ability to be self-sustaining and learn to contribute to their community.
